Pride Month: A sign of openness, respect, and diversity
For Pride Month, we are showing our commitment to visibility, equality, and an open, respectful way of working together.

Pride Month: A sign of openness, respect, and diversity
In June, Pride Month stands worldwide for visibility, equality, and solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community. We also want to use this month to make our stance visible: We stand for an open, respectful, and appreciative way of working together.
For this reason, we have designed our website in a Pride look. For us, this is more than a visual change. It is a sign that diversity is welcome here, in June and on every other day of the year.
Diversity is part of how we see ourselves
We believe that people work best together when they feel accepted and respected. No one should have to hide who they are in order to belong.
It does not matter what sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, religion, age, physical circumstances, or personal path in life someone brings with them.
A respectful environment creates trust. And trust is the foundation for good collaboration, new ideas, and a strong sense of togetherness.
LGBTQIA+ friendly by conviction
For us, being LGBTQIA+ friendly does not only mean having a colorful logo or a Pride flag. It means being attentive, treating each other with respect, and accepting people as they are.
We want customers, partners, and employees to feel welcome with us. Diversity is not a trend for us, but part of our values.
Visibility matters
Pride Month reminds us that equality is still not a given for everyone. Many people continue to experience prejudice, exclusion, or uncertainty, including in professional environments.
That is why it is important to show where we stand. Our Pride design on the website is a conscious sign of openness, solidarity, and respect.
Our standard
We want to contribute to an environment where people feel seen, respected, and welcome. Not only during Pride Month, but throughout the entire year.
Because diverse togetherness enriches us as a company, as a team, and as a society.
Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
